• Proposal to DISSOLVE AND MERGE STMGID into Washoe County DWR (Department of Water Resources)
• Then TRANSFER STMGID customers into TMWA
(Truckee Meadows Water Authority)
• DWR takes our $15 million cash in bank
• DWR takes our $28 millions in paid for assets
• DWR and Washoe County take all STMGID land and improvements.
• STMGID extensive water rights holdings will be transfered to Washoe County and DWR
